Tennis Subscriptions – update 26 April
Members who have paid
We are pleased to report that almost 80% of our Senior members have either renewed their subscriptions in full or agreed to pay over a fixed period of time. Additionally the parents of many Juniors have paid Junior fees including some who have paid the registration fee for the year when at present there is no coaching. This is a fantastic, heart warming response as are the numerous messages of support that we have received at this most difficult time.
Those of you who haven’t yet paid
The last thing we want to do is to lose you as members but we must be fair to all those who have paid or agreed to pay, and so as we approach the deadline of 30 April we would really like you to pay the full amount this week or get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can get an agreement in place about paying the full amount, but over a period of time to suit your individual finances.
If you don’t do either of these things then regrettably we will have to assume that you do not wish to re-join and on 30 April your membership will lapse and with the new dome likely to attract many new members there will be no guarantee that you will be able to rejoin in the future.
We repeat that we don’t want lose you as members so please act now.
Regards and stay safe
