ClubSpark Guide

Introduction

ClubSpark is an LTA system, and is entirely separate from this website.

The Lytham-LTC ClubSpark instance is available at:
https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/LythamLTC/

This page provides guidance for Club-Members on setting up a ClubSpark Account.

Available Registration Methods

Method A – Using your existing LTA Account
Method B – Standard Registration

Method A ( LTA Account )

Use this method, if you already have an LTA Account at lta.org.uk

Stage 1 ( LTA Website )

  1. Navigate to lta.org.uk and Login. This is to validate your password, and update your LTA Venue ( if needed ).
  2. Once Logged-In, go to Members Home, then the Personal Details page.
  3. Expand the Venues section.
  4. Check that you have the “Lytham Tennis Club – LTA Registered” Venue as per the image below.

Note: If you registered your LTA Account before we enabled ClubSpark in 2020, you may have an old entry “Lytham Tennis Club – Not LTA Registered”.

Please remove the old Venue, then re-add the Venue so that it appears like the image above.

Stage 2 ( ClubSpark )

  1. Now that your LTA profile is correctly associated with our Club, you can Login to the Lytham-LTC ClubSpark Portal with your LTA Account / Password.
  2. After successfully performing the Login – locate the Invitation Link that was emailed to you by the Club-Administrators.
  3. Open the Invitation Link in the same browser, to complete the registration process against your LTA Account.
  4. You will be prompted to accept the ClubSpark T&Cs.
  5. If you are a new club-member, reach-out to the Secretary for an Invitation Link

After registration is complete, you will be able to View the Court-Booking calendar.

A “permission denied” message is shown to “non-active members”, e.g. registered on ClubSpark, but not configured as an Active Club-Member.

The Club Secretary manages this, and can adjust the “membership-status” for newcomers to ClubSpark.

Method B ( Standard Registration )

Use this method if you do not have an LTA Account / Membership.

You can register with ClubSpark directly ( e.g. against your personal email ) or use a 3rd-party sign-on mechanism, e.g. Google-Account, Facebook, etc.

Stage 1 ( ClubSpark )

  1. Locate the Invitation Link that was emailed to you by the Club-Administrators.
  2. If you are a new club-member, reach-out to the Secretary for an Invitation Link
  3. Follow the registration process, and create a new ClubSpark account.
  4. You will be prompted to accept the ClubSpark T&Cs.

We recommend a standard account, which uses your personal-email address, however the extra login-methods ( Google Account, Facebook, etc. ) can be used.
